  • What happens after I purchase my plan?

    We set up a phone call and discuss your exact goals, diet and workout objectives. Then, we customize each of the routines based on our conversation.

  • What do I receive?

    A comprehensive list of workouts including exercises, rep counts, rest time and activities between sets. Coaching on how to perform all exercises and answers to any other questions you have via text, email or call - your preference One of two diet formats based on your preference - A very precise list of exactly what foods to eat, when and how much OR A flexible diet plan with coaching on how to hit your macros and eat what you would like

  • How much do I have to workout?

    None! - With our plans, the fat naturally converts to muscle and any excess simply disappears! Ok, let's be realistic - you are going to have to hit the gym and do work. We recommend at least 30 minutes a day, 4 or 5x a week to maximize results. But - if you give us an hour or 1.5 hours including cardio - we can make the fat melt like butter and transform you in record time! Bottom line - The more effort you are willing to put in, the faster you'll see results!

  • Will I still be able to enjoy the foods and drinks I love?

    Absolutely! That is the beauty of our plans. We incorporate the foods and drinks you love. However, it will be in moderation and other areas of your diet and routine will be adjusted to compensate. We balance your diet with your workout. 

  • How long until I see results?

    Most clients see a noticeable change after the first week and definitieve progress at the end of month 1. Generally, it takes 3 to 6 months to complete a full body transformation. If you stick to the workout routines and diets, everyone will be amazed at what happens after 3 months. Even the mirror will be shocked!!
